Far-Ko along with Don Deedman manufactures two styles
of High rail carts, High rail attachments for excavators and Tie

Rail Road Equipment
We own and operate and manufacture 3 different
High rail units. Our Cat 320 with D-101 Cart, our EX200 with Far-Ko
High rail cart, and our EX120 with High rail attachments. These
units are currently working with the CNR culvert maintenance program
and have also been brush cutting at various trestle locations.
Our High rail cart designs are unique when
compared to other carts. We use a system to raise and lower the cart
and machine down on the ties for maximum stability (no out-
riggers). This is especially handy for bridge and trestle work.
These units achieve speeds up to 25 miles per hour and can get on an
off the tracks in minutes in almost any location.
